The system which I use to decode sound files is the Philips DSS player and it should be noted that it decodes most sound files, e.g. files created by Olympus, etc.
I recommend that you use Sendspace (www.sendspace.com) to upload and send your files. Sendspace offers a premium service that allows you to send big files in manageable sizes. This will ensure more manageable downloads due to our limited available bandwidth. There are several other applications available (Mediafire, Fileflyer, Pando). Please feel free to use any of these that suit your needs.
If you prefer not to use a file sharing program it is advisable to keep recordings, as far as circumstances allow, more or less at 10 minutes per recording. If it gets too long, it might end up scrambled on my side. Usually, recording up to 30 minutes can be sent through the normal channels.
